1.5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp American Yellow Mustard

1 tsp Garlic Paste

1/2 tsp Ginger Powder

Pineapple barbecue sauce is a versatile condiment that can be used in a variety of dishes. It is perfect for grilling and barbecuing, but it can also be used as a dipping sauce or a glaze. The sweet and tangy flavour of the sauce complements the savoury flavours of grilled meats and vegetables.

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a saucepan, stir until combined.
  2. Once combined, bring to a light simmer to avoid scorching for around 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. When desired thickness of the sauce has been achieved remove from heat and allow to cool.
